Refund policy

Turnaround Time Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days. This includes file review (within 1 business day of receiving your files), print time, support removal, and packaging. Turnaround may be extended during periods of high demand — we'll keep you informed if this applies to your order.

Accepted File Formats

• Print Only: STL, OBJ, 3MF
• Design & Print: STL, OBJ, 3MF and/or photos (JPG, PNG) and written measurements are welcome to help us understand your vision

Refunds & Reprints

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
• We do not offer refunds for damage that occurs after delivery.
• If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us with photos and we will reproduce and reship your order at no additional cost.
