What file formats do you accept?

We accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files for printing. If you're unsure whether your file is compatible, feel free to get in touch and we'll help you out.

What is the minimum wall thickness?

Minimum Wall thickness is the minimum distance the walls of the print need to be to produce a strong and reliable part. It's required as 3D prints are never usually completely solid on the inside. Please contact us for guidance on minimum wall thickness requirements for your specific project.

How long does printing take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity and size of your print. We'll provide an estimated timeframe when you submit your order. Please note that during high-demand periods, turnaround times may be extended.
